Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If there’s any issue with your order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery through our WhatsApp or email listed below.

1. Cash on Delivery Orders
• All our orders are delivered via Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Please check the product at the time of delivery before payment if possible.
• Once the package is opened after payment, refunds are only accepted if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Damaged / Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or the wrong item is delivered:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share your order number and clear photos of the product.
• After verification, we’ll offer either a replacement or store credit for future purchases.

3. Items not eligible for return:
• Used or opened skincare/cosmetic items (for hygiene reasons)
• Items bought on sale or promotion
• Orders returned without prior communication
